The police officer is the civilian servant that has lots of power that he/she can use in the benefit of public or can misuse them for any harmful or personal matters. Actually if one uses them in public’s benefit then it’s perfectly okay and fine as this is overall duty and responsibility. But using these powers for any destructive or illegal matters is the thing the authority has to handle very carefully and systematically recommended a San Diego DUI attorney.
The proper way must be defined and should be strictly implemented in order to make things work properly otherwise the institution which was made to serve and protect the public would itself become harmful to them. So what are the steps that must be taken in order to handle the protector of public? There are many ways that can be implemented in order to achieve this and depends on the authority in charge for that.
But whatever are the steps they must encourage the police man in every aspect. Because you have you encourage police man in each and every sense so that he performs his duties well and good and forget about utilizing them in any wrong way. These encouraging steps might be financially supporting them, making them understand their duties time to time, and having and authority to keep check on him while taking the police man in confidence.

So that the officer should have an idea that whatever is done by the authority is in the favor of him and the public, including San Diego DUI arrests.. If we don’t implement these measures, police department and public will be in serious danger of criminals. As than criminal might harm the public and police department equally by making the police department does not perform their duties and public by, making their lives and other related things under threat of criminals. We must all perform our duties well enough so that we never regret.

When you live in a violent world such as ours Personal Protection can mean a lot of different things depending on who you ask and in what context.  Personal Protection may mean seeking out the training to protect yourself and your family or hiring others (Bodyguards or Executive Protection Professionals) to protect you and your loved ones.  There are several hundred ways one could learn how to personally protect themselves.  You could join a gym, bulk up, get in better shape, and develop an intimidating commanding presence.  You could join and learn a Martial Arts Discipline or Mixed Martial Arts gym.  People seeking out Personal Protection may want to learn how to fight with different physical weapons. Among these are contact weapons, edged weapons, chemical weapons, electrical weapons, and firearms.  Contact weapons consist of anything that could be used as a “club or bat”. Edged weapons are generally knives and swords and firearms that consist of pistols, rifles, and shotguns.  Chemical weapons generally speaking are “pepper” spray or gas and electrical weapons consist of tasers and stun guns.  Mental awareness is also another strong component of Personal Protection.  It doesn’t matter what system you deploy if you do not have the proper mindset and awareness to go along with your potentially deadly encounter.

You might be asking yourself where I can receive training in all of the above mentioned disciplines.  I have been in the private and public sector for 13 years.  I have come across two places that I recommend.  These two training facilities offer the very best in their skilled training sessions.  If you’re looking for a one stop shop for empty hand defense, edge weapons, firearms, chemical weapons, and a place to develop the proper mindset then travel to the Las Vegas area and attend one of many classes offered by Front Sight Firearms Training Institute.  At Front Sight you will be amazed at what they instruct and how successful they are at it.  I have attended almost every single class offered and come away every time astonished at what I learned.  Dollar for dollar and the value of instruction is unmatched, period!

The second Personal Protection training facility I recommend is featured mainly in hand to hand combat.  Straight up and down and dirty on the mats sweating is the only way this training group operates.  For the very best in hand to hand combat and inflicting violence on your attacker, then seek out Tim Larkin at Target Focus Training.  You will come away with a sense of pride, accomplishment, and confidence in your newly developed skill set.  The proper mindset is also incorporated into the curriculum at TFT.

An Ocala woman nearly struck a Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputy during a traffic stop recently. This latest incident serves as a reminder of Florida’s Move Over Law (316.126). Davidson was charged with DUI, after nearly hitting a deputy with her car around 11 p.m., Friday, June 4, 2010 along Highway 441, Ocala.

In the video of the initial traffic stop, you can see the deputy completing a traffic stop when Davidson veered of the road, just missing the deputy by a few feet. Davidson was eventually pulled over. She failed a field sobriety test and was arrested.

The deputy was not injured.

Here’s a breakdown of Florida’s Move Over Law:

• On a two-lane roadway, you are required to slow to a speed that is 20 miles per hour less than the posted speed limit.
• If the speed limit is 20 miles per hour or less, you must slow down to five miles per hour.
• If you are driving on an interstate or roadway with multiple lanes of travel in the same direction, and you approach an emergency or law enforcement vehicle parked along the roadway, you must vacate the lane closest to that vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so. If you are not able to safely move over, you must slow down to a speed of 20 miles per hour below the posted speed limit unless directed otherwise by a law enforcement officer.
• Violating the move over law puts both yourself and a public safety professional at risk.
• Violating the move over law can result in a fine and points on your license.
